Is there currently a marketing/PR/research dept and/or leasing specialists in the company that is available to you and if so, what services can they help you with?

Going on the assumption that you are on your own, I would say that you need:
    * commerical/retail leasing specialist, in-house and access to co-brokerage community
    * access to property/asset management regarding lease adherence/complaint referrals
    * researcher(s) to provide market and marketing research (primary and secondary). Marketing research must include existing customer (tenant) research AND info from "lost" prospects (why they didn't "like" the location, atmosphere, etc of the Entertainment Mall
    * public relations capability/specialist - for event coordination, press release production, media and community relations
    * advertising capability/specialist IF advertising is going to play a role, depending on your marketing plan
    * designated customer connection--ongoing interation is a MUST for retention program
    * administrative office support to tie internal operations together for a seamless, smooth appearance (at least to the outside!)

Best of luck, you've got your work cut out for you!!
