Google Advertising Quality Score Column

Posted by thesupremehouse1 on 125 Points
I'm trying to get a few metrics in the Google Advertising Campagnes But I can't seem to find them. These metrics include:

- Quality Score
- Expected clickthrough rate (CTR): The likelihood that your ad will be clicked when shown.
- Ad relevance: How closely your ad matches the intent behind a user's search.
- Landing page experience: How relevant and useful your landing page is to people who click your ad.

I know this has to be done in these steps:
- Google Campagne
- Go to the Keyword level of the campagn
- Edit Columns
- Add the metrics

I have tried everything and watched several youtube videos. In someone else's Google campagnes they show up, but in mine, I can't seem to find them.

Any ideas?

Have you inserted a Google Analytics code on each page of your website? If not, that could be the underlying source of your difficulty.

Thank you for your quick response. I have inserted the Google Analytics code in our website. I did not manually add this code to each page, but connected the google analytics tracking ID to the shopify admin. In this way we get our data now. I did notice that we have " Use advanced eCommerce", disabled in the Shopify admin. Could this be the reason? Should we enable this? I am reading more information about this as we speak.

Hi, I have installed the advanced eCommerce tracking in Shopify and connected this with my Google Analytics. However, I doubt that this cause of the problem I'm experiencing.

I can't seem to add the Quality score metric on the keyword level in my campagnes. I really need this information.

    Any other tips?

Yes I have watched this video before and read the article. However, there is a difference. In the video they go to their google ads account and click on Keywords -> Columns -> Modify columns, and there are all kind of options to choose from in the modify columns for keywords. In there you can find the Quality score for example.

However, in my google ads account I can click on Keywords, but then there comes a drop-down menu with (negative keywords, search terms and audiences). I decided to click search terms because this is rather the same as keywords. When I click on modify columns, I get to the page 'modify columns for search terms'. In here, I am unable to find any of the options such as Quality score. My only options are: Recommended columns, performance, conversions, attributes and custom columns.

    Any ideas?

I appreciate the help. I wish I could show you screenshots of what is actually going on. In the blog you have send me, he has the column Quality score, but the issue in there is that there was no data from Google to say something about the Quality score. In my situation, I can't even add the column Quality score to my metrics.
