Can you be more specific about your target audience, marketing strategies used in the past, and challenges growing your audience to-date?

It isn't clear what your ultimate objective is. WHY do you want to grow the business? How big? How fast? What is the value of business growth? How much are you prepared to invest?

Do you want more writers? More submissions? More readers? More revenue? More profit?

What is your main source of revenue today? Who is your primary target audience?

Any marketing plan must be built on a clear and specific understanding of your goal. What does success look like for you?

Or to offer a wider array of services?
Or to help existing clients publish more of their work?
Or something else.

What goes company growth mean to you? What does it look like?

What results do you see these activities bringing you within the next 90 days, or over the next six months to a year?
