Know-How Exchange : Advertising/PR

I am a founder and now the director of a Non Profit founded in 1993. The sole purpose to raise money and care for law enforcement officers and their family during the time of medical crisis, death or other serious emergencies. Our board is made up of representatives of employee groups and matching civilians to guide our efforts. We are at the point we need to hire a professional marketing firms to assist us. We are registered 501 c 3 and high Colorado State ratings. We are unique in that we only work to care for the officers and family, we do not raise money for the department or city. We do have a modern web page, we have a very strong video message from some of those we have assisted, we need to have a person or company assist in getting us out to the companies and individuals to show what we have done for financial support. Being that we are law enforcement we have to be careful who we hire. I have been instructed to interview and limit choices down to 3 companies for executive interviews.
