Creative Way Of Advertising A Serious Topic

our audience is parents and we are offering a stress and anxiety workshop to help them deal with their children. I need a title that is not so serious

    Who exactly is your primary target audience? Where? There are approximately 3+ billion "parents" in the world, and you can't afford to reach them all. Narrow your target-audience definition before you do anything else.

    Then see if you can describe the unique benefit your target audience will feel, or realize, if/when they take your workshop. How will their lives be better? Why should they consider your workshop? What are their alternatives?

    Finally, what do you want from us -- a title for the workshop or a name for your business? If it's a title for the workshop, what is the name of the business?
