Need Help With Headline For Ad

Posted by cnoyes on 50 Points
currently "Providing talent solutions that position
our clients for success."

Dry right? We are a staffing firm that has engineering and IT talent for large/med firms. We have an excellent track record, but our materials are bland. We need help with punching up the headlines. Copy overall is strong, but let's face it - most - if any only read the headlines.

Any suggestions?

What would really be effective is a headline that is substantive ... that clearly defines the primary target audience and zeroes in on the benefit they can expect, and what makes you different from, and better than, your competition.

If the copy is strong and does this, then we'd have to see that copy, and understand how your target audience thinks/makes decisions, before we can come up with a great headline. As you point out, most people don't get past the headline, so this is particularly important, as is the visual imagery that goes with it.

What is a “talent solution?” How do you measure “position our clients for success?” What does that mean?

talent solution = staffing, direct hire, etc. that position our client for success (long-term employees, or quick quality candidates for a short duration) that's what we need. The body copy is pretty simple. Anything catchy come to mind?
