There are no such things as web-sites for businesses here. If businesses DO advertise, they use Facebook.
I have to advertise through online sites for expats such as Gringo Post, Gringo Tree or on Facebook as well. It is free to post ads but I need to come up with creative subject lines every week to grab the reader's attention. I have been doing alright for over a year now, but I am needing some fresh ideas! One example I used:
"Have a Moving Experience with La Gringa Movers!"
I am limited by the number of characters of course.
