His second book, Secrets of Social Media Marketing, has also earned wide critical acclaim. His latest book, Social Marketing to the Business Customer looks at business-to-business social marketing. Paul is a Senior Research Fellow at the Society for New Communications Research and he co-chairs the social media cluster for the Massachusetts Technology Leadership Council.
