Can You Repost A Podcast As A Blog?

A CEO has been a featured guest on multiple podcasts, what is the correct way to repost that as a blog post on the CEO's website. Do you seek permission from the media outlet or give them a credit line?

    Ideally the CEO would request permission to use the podcast on his/her own website as part of the deal when accepting the invitation initially. I would imagine the podcast owner would be happy to have the additional exposure.

    For podcasts already completed, I'd go to the podcast host and request permission ... perhaps with the explicit agreement of the CEO, who might want to be the contact person.
