Hi, I am from India and working with an Educational Institute as a Digital Marketer and intend to do a PhD. in Digital marketing in my field of work .
would appreciate some suggestions/topics for writing a thesis paper.

    What is your "field of work?" What would you like to be doing 5 years from now? Where?

    You might want to select a topic that would be of high interest to a target employer. (If you don't know what you would like to do, maybe it's not time for a PhD right now.)

    I want to do in depth study in digital marketing for selling education programs so that I can reach out to everyone thereby benefiting everyone

    "Everyone" is a lot of people -- 7 billion, to be more exact. You probably ought to begin with a much smaller target, and then expand as experience (and budget) allows.

    "Everyone" is way too vague. Go narrow. Go deep. What aspects of the field interest, puzzle, or intrigue you? What itch is there that needs scratching?

    I would use your access to search engines to find out the responses to questions such as 'what is the future of digital marketing as a general concept' or 'what is the future of digital marketing in the education sector'. With the latter question, you can differentiate through education sectors such as early childhood, primary, tertiary, technical and trade.
