Disruptive Communications Channels

What are some of the disruptive ways to disseminate information to internal employees and customers ? We currently use yammer, skype, snapcomms,emails, poters, LCD screens etc

    Have you polled your employees & customers to better understand how they want to receive information from you, how often, and what type?

    Yes - We do regular surveys and polls with internal employees.But the ideas that come are usually the ones where the awareness is low that such kind of tools, systems, methods already exists in the environment & ecosystem or are those that are usually a replica or on similar lines.

    Would like to know what are other new methods or tools that can be used as a digital transformation to communicate information.
