Know Of Good B2b Email List Brokers?

Does anyone have a good email list broker that they use? We are a B2B business, usually targeting technical or HR types of people. We tend to use lists that are around $400/M (IDG, Nasa Tech Briefs, DM2, plus some other very targeted lists in our industry). We do not use large, broad lists such as InfoUSA. Please let me know.

    I have a contact for this kind of information that I'd be more than willing to share off forum.

    If you have a base list of at least 1,000 people and are interested in expanding, then you could do a lot worse than contacting the person I have in mind.

    Although I've not used this guy's services, I've heard him speak and he knows his stuff, he segments and clusters lists to exact specifications, and he charges much less than $400 per thousand leads.
