If the logo was designed by the designer to place on a ministers own private calling card (business card)and no money was charged for the logo itself but the designer recieved $15.00 for the supplies it took to make the ministers calling cards with ,does the logo still belong to the designer or does it go to the friend/minister. The minister did not ask that the logo be designed for them but when they saw it they liked it a lot and now wants it to make there own stationary.
