Master Class Session Won't Show As Watched

i am taking the MarketingProfs Master Class | The Art of Being Found: SEO for Non-Techie Marketers. I have watched the fourth session, "How To Rank: An Overview of Search Ranking Factors" three times now. But it refuses to show that I have completed this class. I have four more sessions to watch to complete the course, and do not want to have my course completion withheld because this one session will not behave. Is there any way to resolve this?

I am really looking for technical support on this item. The issue does not seem to really fit a community type of request, but I could not find any other way to submit a request for assistance.
