Who Can Help Me On Researching The Market Need?

I own commercial and residential rental properties in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, East Africa. Currently I want a small firm to study the market need of the properties at the existing location. I have no idea and time to do it myself. The next 10 to 20 years of the market trend study prediction needs a professional that can prove his/her result by any means necessary. Besides there are many property owner that are blind about the future endeavour of their business.

    I know the perfect person for this, but first a few very important questions:

    1. What is the objective of this research?

    2. What is the expected use of results?

    3. Who would be the perfect target audience for the research: Property owners? Renters? Commercial tenants? Bankers? Economists? Can they be reached by email, Skype, phone, etc. or would the contact have to be face-to-face?

    1. The objective of this research is to identify 3-5 alternative product or service demands nearby the property location.
    2. The expected use of the result is to plan the phase of construction while making use of the property under construction since we need also to generate income while performing construction.
    3. The perfect target audience are the property owner (me) and the regulator body.
