I have recently taken a sideways step in my career. I have moved from an agency which had a relativity consistent monthly cycle and work load.
My now have a role (PM in a marketing department) which has an enormous amount of moving parts across many departments and channels.
I would like to know what PM tools you are all using. What works well for you personally and why?
I know that each method really depends on the person. But as marketeers I expect we have some similar ways of working!
I used to use a good old notepad to collect my ideas. Annotate as things changed but as you can imagine this is very ridged. I combined this with gantt charts to keep to my deadlines.
I know use a trello board which i am really liking. Very simplistic but enough to capture ideas and steps needed.
I look forward to your responses!
Thanks all
