I have a 10 person marketing department. I currently use Asana for task management and projects with sub-tasks. We technically run similar to an ad agency environment as my department provides marketing support for 4 subsidiaries. I'm finding at our rate of growth that I need a more formalized tool for scheduling our Design team's time more than anything else. I feel overall we need to get things out the door faster with clearer deadlines and an easier way to measure effort for future design task scheduling.
Does anyone have any suggestions - I had seen a SaaS solution called 'Float' that seemed to have many of the features I'm looking for. Also - if you have any feedback on if you use formal time scheduling for your core Marketing specialists as well.
Thanks.
