Online Customer Gift Card Reward Program Advice?

We are launching a new "Customer Rewards" program and are seeking one that requires the least bit of manual effort on our part to implement.

Ideally, we would like to be able to link this program to our online version of Quickbooks, so that customers could be notified automatically once they are close to (or have reached) a reward thresh hold.

Once this happens, the customer would need to fill out a request form specifying which company they would like the gift card from.

Do you know of a program that has these features built into it?

    I notice you have no responses yet and as it is urgent my limited answer may help.
    I recently starting using BigCommerce www.bigcommerce.com to build a ecommerce site; The Business Tools Store www.businesstoolsstore.com . It has a gift voucher system and a very flexible discount voucher system. It also links with Quickbooks. Not ideal for what you want but I find it very feature rich and flexible, e.g. gives you an iPhone and iPad store at the tick of a box, you can have a FaceBook store with just a few clicks. It may be worth a look depending on how you plan to organise your system.
