Customer Relationship Marketing

I have been asked to give a presentation on the constraints of relationship marketing and cricisms of the practice and how to overcome them, can anyone advise where I start? is there any good websites or literature to read on the subject, have a couple of books but do not solely concentrate of CRM and a bit vague.

    There is an excellent site called www.crmguru.com. They have a free newsletter and TONS of info.
