How Can I Get Backlinks For My Website?

HI to all,

We Need to build Backlinks to our website, But we Tried Some off-Page Techniques, it doesn't work Some had created but those are No-Follow Links.
So we need High-Quality Do-Follow Link Building Techniques, Will you help me.

    Backlinks are the rewards you get for delivering valuable content to your target audience. Don't focus on building backlinks. Instead focus on delivering content that your target audience finds valuable.
