What is the point of the survey?
Why ask questions like "Do you like online advertisements?" or religious affiliation?
Many of your questions are asking about what people like, rather than what methods effectively communicates with them.

You need professional help with market research design if the results of your survey are going to be helpful to anyone. What is the objective of the research? How will results be used? Who is your target respondent?

I want to see if there is any correlation between the variables I asked and the types of advertisements they prefer.
