Where is your Company located? Who are your primary customers? Why do you consider your Company is better than any local competition? If you have no or minimal competition, what are the barriers to entry to help prevent possible competitors starting up against you? How long have you been in business? Why do you think customers will be attracted to your Company? Is you business focus competitive kayaking or, for example, white water kayaking for fun or adventure? Are you operating in a river, lake or the sea? What is the promotional message to customers that, in your opinion, best sums up your Company?

Is it only kayak rentals? Or do you also do SUP? Lessons? Trips/tours?

Are you located on water, or do people have to take the boats away?
