The name and tagline should work together to communicate an important aspect of your business -- ideally a unique and compelling benefit for your target audience.

You need to first check that your proposed business names are able to be registered in the country where you or your business are domiciled. Country corporate affairs authorities need to make sure that two businesses in the same industry do not operate with the same or similar names. The same goes for any trademarks or corporate symbols you want to use in your business activities. Unless you can assure us that the business names you have proposed can be registered as either company names or trading names, there is little point in drafting taglines to go along with them in the way that Michael Goodman has suggested.

I prefer the Building the Future tag line over the longer one.

The company name is a bit more complicated to determine what a good name would be. For example, is this a brand new business versus an expansion of another company versus renaming of old business vs something else? You would likely use different naming strategies for each of these.

It is common for people to use the owner's name as part of the business name. But it would be good to get the words construction or something else that would tell people what you do in the name. For example, XXX Construction, where XXX is the owner's name.

And, as mentioned, you will need to make sure the name, web site, etc. are available in your region?
