My target audience is a staff of architects, interior designers, graphic designers, managers, and leaders in a global architecture firm. The LMS is being rolled out domestically first and will span the globe over the next two years. The firm's culture is relaxed, casual, and modern. Learning has been delivered in a more organic way up to now, meaning there has been little structure to how learning is curated, delivered to and consumed by our staff. Tracking of individual learning is currently being tracked via spreadsheets.

How aware are the employees with the LMS benefits? They are becoming more aware through our marketing efforts.
Is this system something you've licensed from a 3rd party? Yes.
What taglines do other companies use for their LMS? Still researching these.
What's the ultimate goal? Learning for learning's sake, required for licensing, required for advancement, or team building? All of the above. Self-directed learning, some assigned learning, all utilizing a blended approach. We're an architectural firm, so some learning is necessary to maintain licenses. Other learners are working to achieve registration.
