Document Management Company Needs Tagline

We are a document management company that has a software that is strong on security, easy to use and very reasonably priced. This is what our customers have told us versus our competition. Our company stands for giving small to medium sized companies the ability to have the technological benefits of a Information management like the larger companies without the larger price tag. We cherish having a system that is easy to learn with strong customer support, our clients are not alone when they buy from us. The typical client is a healthcare organization like home health providers, medical billing, and physician offices, although we have also sold to non healthcare such as attorney offices, manufacutering and service orientated like repair shops. We need a tagline that points to our competitive separation. The company name is Future Filing, and the product is called KIXZO.

    I think "Tame Your Documents" has some potential.

    From a positioning point-of-view,"First Choice of Professional Practitioners" (if you really are) or something else is stronger than a unique benefit statement like "ease of use" or "strong customer support". These statements are generic and your audience might discount them as such. If you do go this way the benefit way, maybe try "easy workflow, fully supported"

    If you are going to keep your logo with the Kizxo and the star, then you should consider taglines which make your product memorable for ex.

    Or KiXzO Your true blue star in storage & retrieval solutions.

    Anyhow while not my best work, you get the point. Use the tagline to make the product brand and the logo more memorable so that if someone three years from now asks one of your customers what they should use, he can say. We use KIXZO for our filing needs.
