Koto-> A Japanese Steak House, Sushi + Hibachi

I need a short tag line that is clear, and has the ability to help brand Koto. I want something that every time you hear it, you think Koto. It seems simple but I have come up with nothing so far. Thanks for any help you can give me.

    (your logo or image can have some type of dragon on it)


    I was looking up the translation for Koto and means many things. Nourish, teach, instrument etc. What context are using it in?

    Maybe you can play off that.

    Is there a "House Special" steak that would be a signature item for the steak house?
