You're not likely to get what you're looking for. If it's proven successful, the plan is almost certainly not publicly available.

Why do you need/want this? If you're planning to open your own gym, you need to develop the plan that will work best in your market, with your target audience, your facility, your mission, etc. Copying what someone else has done might or might not work. If it does, it's as much good luck as anything else.

Sorry, but there are no shortcuts when it comes to marketing and business planning. There's as much value in the planning process as in the plan itself.

I did a Google search and quickly found a few paid sources, but I'm guessing you want this for free. Sorry, can't help you there...

I certainly agree with mgoodman that the planning process for your market is essential, however, some of these paid plans might give you a place to start. If I were in your shoes, I'd also do a search on www.amazon.com for good sources.
