Since "StageUp by diane" doesn't clearly articulate what you do (or for who), then the tagline needs to handle this. Your target audience doesn't want something cute/clever/catchy – you are helping them to sell a house which is ultimately a large financial transaction. If you can guarantee that your efforts will maximize their profit, then make that crystal clear. Otherwise, why should they entrust their house to your efforts rather than many of the other stagers in your area with more experience/track record?

This same advice would apply to your graphic. The graphic should match the sensibilities/professionalism of your target audience. Hint: what graphics do realtors use in your area?
