Current tagline: Elevating Resiliency in a VUCA World

    Who exactly is your primary target audience? Where? What is the differentiating benefit promise to your target audience? Why YOU? (Are you certain your target audience knows what VUCA means?)

    What's wrong with your current tagline? Why do you want to change it?

    (Are you certain your target audience knows what VUCA means?) - Most of the Industry leaders know what is VUCA, But individual leaders may / may not know about VUCA

    What's wrong with your current tagline? Why do you want to change it? Wanted to evaluate the efficacy of the current tagline or enhance the existing tagline that focuses on both Resilience (Bouncing back) and adapting (leading change proactively) at the same time.

    My hunch is that "Elevating Resiliency" isn't a strong benefit statement to solving your target market's problem. It's also unclear what you're selling based solely on your business name and tagline - it could be courses, books, video, case studies, etc. Consider focusing on the end result of your work instead of VUCA itself: More sales? Higher retention? Improved efficiency? Etc...

    Let's try this a different way:

    How will your target audience's lives be better after you work your magic (compared to other alternatives they have)? What is the key success metric? "Leadership development" isn't a benefit, and it's not so easy to measure it.
