Tagline Needed For Onboarding With Start In It

I'm looking for a creative name for our new hire onboarding program. We want to get away from the general term "onboarding" becasue it sounds so common and plain. We are a contract service company so something that has start but also describes the onboarding process for our newly hired employees? any suggestions??

    One of the concerns when you don't say "onboarding" is that prospective customers won't really understand what you do. Given the name of your company (which is similarly non-descriptive), you may want to take a step back and consider who your target audience will be and what they need to understand about the core benefit (to them) if they engage you for an onboarding assignment.
