Personal Development Tagline

Posted by r_namayanja on 250 Points
I would like to get a tagline for my personal development website.
I am using my life’s story plus a wealth of knowledge acquired from thought leaders to inspire, motivate and coach young people and women for success in life.
Below is my bio

“The story of Rose Namayanjais one of an amazing turnaround for a severely underprivileged peasant girl in rural Uganda. Faced with debilitating poverty and lack in the war-ravaged origins of her native Luweero, Namayanja turned every tool at her disposal into a stepping stone. Time, labour or lost sleep; nothing could stop her once she set her eyes on an academic qualification or an elective post at the university, village council or parliamentary election. Namayanja's incredible drive to succeed is reflected in her meteoric rise through the ranks of elective politics due in part to her innovative approach to politics and social encounters. Her accounts on the political campaign trail in her constituencies are an instruction on effective political mobilisation and showcase her natural ability to unite divergent forces towards a common goal. In spite of the political milestones accumulated along the way, Namayanja's story is one of humility; of a leader who at the peak of her career chose to quit elective politics as a demonstration that she still has more to offer in developing her community and to live the example that there is indeed life after elective politics.”
She is now making a footprint in farming

Several questions that will help us help you ...

First, does your project/website have a name? Taglines generally fit with the name so they add value rather than duplicate.

Next we need to know who your primary target audience will be. Where? The more specific you can be, the better.

Then, what important and compelling benefit can your target audience expect when they do whatever it is you want them to do? Not features or what YOU want to do, but the BENEFIT THEY will realize. (What do you want them to do or think?)

Finally, do you have a marketing plan? How will the target audience find out you exist?

There are other questions, of course, but let's get your responses to these first so we have an idea of what else you need.

And BTW, how are you going to evaluate the suggestions we make? What criteria will you use to pick a "winner?" And how will you ever know if it was the right one? What is your ultimate objective?

I hope that bio is something someone else wrote about you. If that's you writing about you...you might want to turn it down to 10.
I'm holding-off on helping to "get" you a tagline until there is more info.

When you say that you want 'to inspire, motivate and coach young people and women for success in life', are you intending to have physical face-to-face coaching sessions or will the client interaction all be done online?.

What are your long term goals in relation to a possible scaling of your business? Because the nature of your business will involve face to face interactions with clients, there is a physical limitation on the number of clients you can deal with at any one time as a sole proprietor. Will you be planning to employ professional staff to help you scale up the business?

Your website is the face of the work you are doing, and the URL is just the beginning. Coaching and motivating people is a good thing. I wish you all the very best.
