    1. On what do you base your assessment of performance? How can you tell good performance on the job from poor performance? (This will depend on the industry, product line, company culture, support system, geographic location, etc.)

    2. This forum is for discussion of Marketing issues. You are asking about a plant manager's incentive plan. It is unlikely that you will find experts here who can help you with your request.
