    What's the product? How is it proven better than your competition? Where is your target audience located?

    Constipation is a state, not a product. Taglines connect to specific products, so, what's the product?

    Does constipation have a brand name? It's impossible to come up with a good tagline without knowing the brand name.

    Maybe you can at least tell us what the product is/does and who the primary target audience is. Where? (Be very specific wrt the primary target audience.)

    preparing literature for lactulose. so i want to have some tagline for constipation on front page after that i can talk more on lactulose and use of it in constipation from second pages
