Feedback About A Trade Show Chart

I am doing an assignment for my course International Business and one of my tasks is to get a feedback from any expert about a trade show plan that i just created, using the ghantt chart format. It would be much appreciated anyone that has the time to have a look and provide me with a sentence or two !

    Why was this trade show chosen? How appropriate will it be for the target market?
    What is the goal of attending the show? How will success be measured?
    Researching culture/social media should already be part of your marketing strategy.
