Hello
My name is David. I work in the sales department of marketing agency CALLED AURA COMPANY LTD HERE IN NAIROBI. WE DEAL WITH 3D sign, Fabrication, Branding and Installation Services.
How do i write emails to other clients intrducing myself and letting us serve them?

    The most important consideration is the target audience. Who will be the recipients of your emails? What do you know about them and their needs? What unique and important benefit can you promise (and deliver)?

    Ask people what they need and how you can help them.
    Tell people who you are and what you do and what you offer.
    Tell them what your offers will do for them.
    Then tell them what to do next.

    When I have wanted to learn similar things, I have spent a full day doing searches on the Internet, followed by several days reading dozens of helpful websites. There are also books which have been written on this topic, which you can either borrow from your local business library or buy from Amazon.
