Can Branch Use Parent Company's Logo?

I wanna crate letterhead for branch Company. Is that ok in USA to use parent company's logo in letterhead for branch company?

    All depends on the agreement between the branch and the parent.

    Do whatever you wanna do. It's less stressful for everybody involved to ask for forgiveness than permission.

    If parent doesn't object, you can use their logo. Best if you can disclose that you are "an XYZ company" (where XYZ is the parent company). Otherwise you might confuse your target audience.

    Typically, parent companies have a brand standards guide (can often be downloaded on their website), that will dictate proper use of the logo. They will often have a page dedicated to use for branches. I would start there. You should also be able to ask the company directly. If you feel that you can't...
