    What's the niche of your business?
    Can you share details of your program? Besides being mandatory, what tangible things will people learn?

    Is "Orientation" acceptable?
    Assimilation or Induction don't seem right.

    Go with something numerical, to indicate the first three months. Something along the lines of "30/60/90: Settling in at X company name"
