Need A Name Of A Cancer Impact Venture Fund

Need a name for a fund that will invest in ontological solutions.

World class team, seasoned venture capitalists, Ivy educated. Proven track record.

We are trying to differentiate ourselves from non-profits, so the fund focuses on making investments in later stage investments.

    What type of name are you looking for ("Betting on Cancer (Solutions)" vs. "Ontological Investors")? Are you specializing in a type of cancer solution/treatment/approach? Are investments worldwide or just for a specific country or region?

    How does a cancer impact venture connect to ontology, which is a branch of metaphysics concerned with the nature and relations of being?

    Could you clarify the meaning?

    ontology = a set of concepts and categories in a subject area or domain that shows their properties and the relations between them

    oncology = the study and treatment of tumors.

    Currently we have it named the International Cancer Impact Fund. The issue we have with this is that it sounds very non-profit. People get confused and they don’t understand the story.

    Words we’d love to hear are:
    Impact
    Cancer
    Fund
    Equities

    I’ve attached the business plan here to talk about the robustness of the team. The issue is that we nees something simple that describes our objectives clearly that can also be branded.

    For example, Cancer Impact Ventures sound good, but “CIV” doesn’t sound good. Has a different sound that sounds like a sieve.
