Action Plan For My Trade Shows

Sydney to Melbourne
- Airfares 2 $144 each =$288
- 10,000 brochures= $1200
- 4 days accommodation= $800
- food /expenses = $1000
Total= $3288

Hi Guy
I have to post an action plan for the assignment that I have to complete; i would love feedback from my action plan.

    So, this assignment of yours, what work have you done on it so far?

    What elements have you already thought about?

    Write these things down and give them some kind of priority.

    Then figure out what this booth at this trade show needs to accomplish: are you gathering leads? Are you giving out samples? Are you showing off some kind of benefit? Will you be making direct sales?

    How will you reach out and touch people? How will you attract, hold, and direct attention?

    How will you follow up and how soon will you do this?

    That budget listing is NOT a plan. A plan would begin with a clear statement of the objective and the way you will measure success. Then it would itemize strategic elements and provide an estimate of what you would expect to get as a result.
