Who and where is the primary target audience? What do you want them to know about the residential layout? What is it you want them to do?

What's the objective of this project name? How will you know when we have the right name/tagline? What are the criteria for success?

What exactly is a "residential layout?" There may be a language difference. Is it a gated community, an apartment building, a condominium, a housing development, other?

Where specifically is it located? What are other communities called in the area? How is your community better/different?
