Your website is devoid of any benefit promise for site visitors (and prospective customers). That's a bad sign.

When you say you are "losing visitors," what are you comparing your experience to? Did you use to have more repeat visitors, deeper involvement, greater retention? What changed since then? What makes you think the problem lies with your SEO strategy?

I think you should certainly try using social media for promotion - your website has both visual and information aspects to it. Twitter will suit you, I think, it's very handy to publish all the product and sales info there.
