Instead of trying to entertain or amuse folks with a "catchy" name, let me suggest that we try instead to communicate a unique and important benefit (in the name) that will motivate them to seek more information about the class.

Perhaps you can provide answers to a few questions that will give us ideas for the name:

    1. Who exactly is in your primary target audience? Where? What are they doing now for fitness? Where do they live/shop/work?

    2. What is the ultimate benefit for your target audience if they do what you want them to do?

    3. Why should they believe your claims? Have you been successful with other 55+s? Are you recommended by people they know/respect? Are you a member of any accrediting organizations? Etc.

P.S. There are more than 2 billion people 55+. You can't afford to serve them all. Narrow your target audience. That will help a lot.

What is the primary benefit of your class? Improved cardio? Improved flexibility? Reduced chance of falling? Rehabilitation from injury?

What classes (if any) are your target audience taking?

What's significantly different about your class?

What does "older adult" mean to you?

My colleagues above have some very relevant questions to you. Your answers will provide the context in which your business operates. We need this information to provide a focus for a useful name and tagline that will convey a relevant meaning to your target market.

The other area of importance is this: have you identified both your direct competition and indirect competition? Can you advise their names and taglines (we don't want to inadvertently suggest something already in use by a competitor). More particularly, what is it specifically about your business operations that sets you apart from the competition and will be influential in attracting prospecting customers to you.
