Looking For Social Media Managers, Small Business

we are running our product with a small group of loyal customers, we are still in search of the right persona of our potential customers and their niche. There are tons of social media schedulers and management tools out there, so what I'm seeking and interested in is Serious/ Bitter Feedback on the tool that we made, how can we improve it, what are the pain points what are our better features, only a Professional can identify.
