What does your company offer?
Who's likely to purchase from you?
Why?
How are you different from your competition?
Why do you think you need a tagline?

Further to the questions posed by Jay:
what is the range of products or services you provide to your customers or clients?
what are the products or services that are your 'signature' items, and would you like your tagline to mention them?
Do you have physical premises, if so where or are you an online business?

Who is your primary target audience? Where? What unique benefit can they expect if/when they deal with you?

Why do you want a tagline? What do you want it to communicate? Do you have a tagline now and want to change it? If so, what/why?
