Crative Name For Employee Engangement Team

Company recently acquired by a new progressive company that thinks outside the box and embraces the following characteristics (Bold, Contrarian, Integrity, Disruptive, Fanatical, Tenacious and more). Looking to re-image our employee engagement team by starting with re-naming it. Any creative, catchy suggestions would be tremendously appreciated.

    Let's start by understanding who your primary target audience is, what's important to them, what unique and important benefit they can expect when they deal with you, and what your current name/positioning communicates.

    Our primary target of engagement is for our front line employees who interface with consumers over the phone, chat and email. Secondary is our community. Our employees enjoy being recognized and/or rewarded in creative ways for their contributions to the success of our organization, being motivated/re-energized - breaking up the monotony of their day to day, partnering in creative ways to contribute to our community as well as creating an overall engaging environment. Our engagement team does a great job and with the new face of our company, is looking for a new name that generates excitement, energy, creativity and uniqueness.

    I am not quite clear on your specific objectives. Are you saying the new, impressive descriptive title for your front-line team is to boost their self-confidence, self-worth, self-assurance and prestige in relation to contemporaries in other departments of the company, or are you saying the new, impressive descriptive title for your front-line team is to provide senior management with some basis for belief in the team’s credibility?

    You also haven’t mentioned how or why this team description change will help boost sales or otherwise contribute to cash flow, profitability, productivity or international competitiveness.

    You stressed excitement, energy, creativity and uniqueness. Innovation is all about creativity and uniqueness. And teams, when they're innovating, are full of energy and excitement. So, how about-
