Names For Company Anniversary Celebration

A customer service company decided to celebrate their 3rd anniversary. The program will held for entire day includes all the activities like dance, drama, music etc... In office all are just below 30s. Please suggest a good name for the function.

    Who are you hoping to attend? Why? Where are they located? What's the name of the company? What's the connection between the service company and the program/function?

    Why does this function need a name? Are you afraid employees won't want to celebrate? What would you want the name to communicate? How would you ever know if you picked the right name? What is the measure of success?

    When you say: <The program will held for entire day includes all the activities like dance, drama, music etc.>; will attendees just watch and enjoy or will there be a lot of interaction with the attendees actually participating in these activities? How do you know that your employees actually want a program of this nature? After all, you don't want the function to fall flat because of a lack of enthusiasm or because staff feel forced to attend. Are you sure your managers & supervisors are comfortable with a program of this nature. ?
