Help With Name For My Furniture Flipping Business

Posted by leslie61988 on 250 Points
I am about to open a furniture flipping (painting, repair, upholstery, etc.) business but am struggling with a name. I'd like to incorporate my daughters name somehow and keep it elegant and classy as well. Her name is Kinsley Rae and I want to stay along the lines of Design, Creations, and so on. Also I am not opposed to only using just her first name or just her middle if not both.

Are you buying furniture and flipping it yourself for retail sale?
Or, are you providing services for people who have furniture that they want repaired/updated?
    What region are you serving?
Who is likely to want your services (instead of using one of your competitor's services)?
By having your daughter's name as part of your business name, you make your name less obvious what you offer and more likely you'll need a strong/obvious tagline to explain what exactly you're selling.

I currently have several pieces that I have purchased in the past and have "gave them new life" that are ready to be put up for sale and I will also offer custom orders to anyone who has a specific piece they are searching for that they would like refurbished or if they already have the piece themselves.

I am currently in the greater Houston & surround area. I am apart of several groups on social media platforms where the demand of this type of furniture is very high. I also have a very dependable and established in this business reference who is ready to refer clients to me. I do not have to have her name incorporated into the name but I would like it. If furniture designs or furniture creations, etc were put in after then I dont feel it deters away from my services. Many current businesses have names that do not even mention the word furniture.
