Establishment Of A New Tea Brand In South Asia

Its a foreign reputed brand but newly trying to access the new market here in my country. but in this competitive market, they are trying to do some Bellow the line and above the line innovative marketing which might put impact in user end. Both marketing should be in course especially bellow the line marketing preferred. So, I need an innovative plans or idea which can create buzz and Establishment of brand and which should reach most number of domestic and shop consumers.

    A good place to start is with a SWOT analysis and a clear identification of your primary target audience. Why should they buy your tea? How is it different from, and better than, other brands of tea they may now be using? What are your unique strengths? Weaknesses? Where can they buy your brand of tea?
