Recommendations For Social Posting Agency

I'm looking for recommendations on outsource solutions to handle daily company posts to social media (Twitter, FB, and LI). Daily posts (combing industry news and company news and posting) would be 80% of the job. Would also need to post unscheduled content that comes up - such as posting during an event. Lastly, would need to be able to keep up on the latest social trends and news and be able to recommend ways to improve engagement and grow following. I'm NOT looking for someone to establish an overall marketing strategy as we already have one in place. Also, please do not respond with software solutions that can be managed in house, I'm looking for a vendor at this time.

    We are a B2B company that provides manufacturing services to our customers. We've been on social media for over eight years and have a strategy in place. As mentioned earlier, we are mainly looking for someone to manage the daily posts as our budget is limited.

    I appreciate the responses but I did not find what I was looking for which is something more scaled back and focused on social media posts rather than an all out marketing strategy partner.
