UCB is a Cameroonian company producing the best quality soft drinks in the country but for many years now they are shadowed by SABC which is a foreign based company. SABC has 80% of the market share. from studies carried out, it is discovered that SABC has the main market share due to its very well elaborated distribution channel, promotional mix and packaging.
